Located on the intersection of 6th Street and Commonwealth Avenue and the adjacent Lafayette Park in Los Angeles’s Koreatown neighborhood, the Superior Court Tower was built in 1969. This 19-story commercial office building is being converted into 429 apartments, renovated amenity spaces, and a new ground level pool deck.
