This hotel in the historic downtown Broadway Corridor went through an extensive beautification and renovation. We strategized a reconfiguration of the existing hotel floor plans to optimize room layout, while also strengthening the stability of the building's historic structure. RPa worked in collaboration with The Gettys Group Companies on the design and interior design of this hotel.
